We are so happy to see that A League of Their Own S18 has won the Sustainable Production Award (Unscripted) at the Global Production Awards!

Picture Zero supported ALOTO S18 in lowering its emissions to 2.9 tCO2e/hr, which is 77% less than the entertainment show average of 12.64 tCO2e/hr. We looked at emission hotspots from Seasons 16 & 17 to identify areas for improvement, particularly across travel & transport, materials, accommodation and non-filming spaces. A special highlight was the Production’s partnership with Prop Up Project, a social enterprise which re-homes, re-sells and recycles unwanted items from the film and TV industry.
