streamlined support
Targeted support to deliver impact where it matters most
A focused version of our consultancy model, and our most popular tier of support. Working in this way, Picture Zero targets the areas that can deliver the most impact within a tighter budget. We prioritise the prep phase, helping to establish key sustainability initiatives, data tracking procedures and decarbonisation opportunities. This model requires the production team or their Sustainability Coordinator to take greater ownership of sustainability on the ground, with Picture Zero providing support and guidance throughout.

Dedicated expertise driving action across the production
Picture Zero’s flagship production consultancy model, offering hands-on support from prep through to wrap. Picture Zero drives sustainability efforts, working in close collaboration with the production team, key departments, production leadership and any studio or commissioner teams.
This model gives our team time to work in a more concerted way with departments and suppliers, and to take ownership of implementing sustainability initiatives and gathering data, usually in collaboration with a Sustainability Coordinator.
PZ team: Sustainability Manager + Advisor support
A FULL PICTURE ZERO SUSTAINABILITY DEPARTMENT
The same consultancy support as our Expanded model, with the addition of a full-time PZ Sustainability Coordinator. Working in this way, Picture Zero becomes the production’s Sustainability Department, responsible for driving and implementing all aspects of sustainability in collaboration with production, leadership and studio or commissioner teams.
This model is highly effective on large tentpole features, HETV and multi-territory productions. It can be scaled up with multiple full-time resources, additional specialist expertise (e.g. power, transport, materials), and deeper integration across departments, suppliers and production services partners. This is the model we use to support complex and ambitious productions in a robust, industry-leading way.
PZ team: Sustainability Advisor, Manager(s) + full-time Coordinator(s)
COMPREHENSIVE REPORTING
We produce in-depth stakeholder reports for all service tiers after wrap, showcasing the effectiveness of the sustainability practices implemented by production.
